You need help and you want to contact the Assistance Department? Here are the elementary rules to respect if you want your problem to be solved as quickly and as well as possible.
1) Open only one ticket per problem! If we notice that several tickets have been opened for the same problem, we will not treat your request at all.
2) Choose an explicit title that will briefly describe your problem. Tickets with a useless title won’t be treated at all.
Examples of refused titles:
- Hello/ Hi / Good morning
- PLZ help me / SOS / Help
- Problem / I’ve got a problem / Bug / Complaint
- Object / Guild / Pet
- Theft
Examples of accepted titles:
- Subscribing pet not received
- Change password request
- Forgot secret answer
- Character restoration request
- Bug character deleted
- Bug to become hunter
3) Make an effort in your writing. The clearer your message will be, the sooner your problem will be understood and treated. So: no SMS language, no English mistakes, no ideas mixed in a block! Describe your problem and clearly indicate your request dofus kamas.
People appeal more and more to the Assistance Department to solve theft problems. Again, the theft of your account is a matter for your OWN responsibility. You absolutely need to protect your computer, your email address and your in-game personal data. However, the Assistance Department can still help you provided that you respect the following rules.

5) For those who would like to trick the Assistance and get an account that is not theirs: Be careful, we will be merciless. If we suspect you of scam or theft, your account and all the accounts associated to your IP address will be banned. The Assistance Department will never give back an account to a player banned for stealing another account.
